Package Delivery Specialist Job Description

Casual package delivery specialists are essential to our organization, playing a vital role in meeting customer needs and delivering packages to homes and businesses in their community and beyond.

• They drive our familiar brown trucks, bringing packages of all sizes to customers while providing exceptional customer service and safe driving skills.
• Physical activity is required, and they must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, hold a valid driver's license, pass the DOT physical examination, and have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Full-time casual package delivery specialists work eight to ten hours per day, with varying schedules from Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday depending on business needs.

The role offers competitive weekly pay, opportunities for career growth, and extensive training. Additionally, permanent full-time delivery specialists receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including zero healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
