As a Site Director, you'll play a pivotal dual role: delivering exceptional OB care while guiding a team of dedicated hospitalists toward clinical and operational excellence. You'll be a key part of OBHG's leadership team, collaborating closely with your Medical Director of Operations to shape outcomes, foster professional growth, and ensure top-tier patient care.

About the Hospital:

Clinical Responsibilities:

• OB/GYN triage and patient evaluation
• Fetal monitoring and delivery attendance
• Gynecological emergency assistance
• Surgical assist
• Leadership of your hospitalist team

Scheduling Options:

• Full-time: 5–7 shifts/month
• Part-time: 2–4 shifts/month
• Flexible block scheduling with guaranteed shifts
• No traditional on-call responsibility
