We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO of a growing, fast-paced technology organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness of the CEO's office by managing priorities, enabling seamless communication, and providing both professional and personal support at the highest level of discretion.
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner with experience supporting C-suite leaders, exceptional organizational judgment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex, frequently changing calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time.
- Coordinate and oversee domestic and international travel logistics, including contingency planning.
- Draft and prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports for Board members, investors, and senior leadership.
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong and professional relationships.
- Manage high-volume correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective prioritization.
- Provide personal support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating family-related logistics, and managing household/vendor relationships.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Support financial and business operations through expense reporting, document review, and transaction coordination.
- Drive special projects and strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong project management skills, with proven ability to handle complex initiatives independently.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed (including monthly executive/Board meetings).
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, technology, or software industries.
- Familiarity with Board governance, investor relations, and executive communications.
