Pre Litigation Personal Injury Lawyer - Remote (California). This role is remote with California residency required.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

About the role

We are a plaintiffs' litigation firm focusing on pursuing compensation for injured people and their families. We are seeking a skilled personal injury attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have a passion for helping people, and possess a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial experience. Responsibilities

• Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, and support staff
• Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on clients' behalf when appropriate
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal guidance to prospective clients

Qualifications

• California state license to practice law and State Bar membership
• Plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience with Auto, Trucking, Motorcycle, Slip & Fall, and Dog Bite cases
• Pre-Litigation experience
• Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in computers
• Must reside in California
