Job Details

Responsibilities

• As part of our Litigation team, you will manage and litigate cases from inception to resolution, with supervision as needed
• Craft case strategies, take and defend depositions, draft substantive motions, collaborate with staff and investigators on discovery and fact-finding, and pursue resolutions through motions for summary judgment, mediation, or trial
• Handle a caseload across various practice areas including civil rights, employment, tort, and related actions
