Nanny Needed For My Children

I am looking for an extremely reliable, consistent, patient, kind hearted nanny who is good with children. I work from home and need someone who is okay with me having an active role when it comes to nursing and sleep training. All other duties will fall upon the nanny. Primary tasks include comforting, changing diapers, entertaining and engaging (including being outside when weather permits), and offering lunch. Pay will start at $18/hr and may increase and cap at $20/hr. I am looking for help on Mondays (8-5), Tuesdays (12-4), and/or Wednesdays (12-4).
