Overview
Responsible for the flow of product, supplies, and miscellaneous goods through the Distribution Center (DC). Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks in a safe, efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment associated with the movement of product through the various channels of the Distribution Center.
- Maintain the integrity, security, and accuracy of DC inventory.
- Maintain open lines of communications with fellow coworkers and the DC Leadership team.
- Deliver total customer service to all entities of KPH Healthcare Services.
- Assist in cross functional work assignments when workloads demand.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Skills Required:
- Able to lift 40 pounds and palletize freight to a height of 7 feet.
- Able to stand, bend, kneel and stoop on concrete floors for extended periods of time.
- Possess better than average math skills.
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Preferred: Previous experience, but not required
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation:
$16.00-$16.50 an hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
