As a Computer Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the IT support team. The ideal candidate will have self-motivation, accountability, and technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Off Hours Computer Operator
Location: REMOTE
Pay Rate: $28hr
Candidates: US Citizens or GC Holders
Schedule: This role is weekends overnight on Saturday to Sunday morning and Sunday night to Monday morning.
What's the Job?
Monitor and manage scheduled job executions using Control-M
Respond to and resolve job failures promptly
Coordinate with on-call support for critical incidents
Maintain and update ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
Support minimal help desk activities related to technical issues
What's Needed?
Some experience as a computer operator or in technical support roles
Familiarity with Control-M scheduling software
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly during off-hours shifts
