Position Summary: Responsible for individualized client services provided in a community/residential setting. Duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating client behaviors and outcomes while ensuring appropriate level/type of services are provided. Position Description:
- Maintain EM caseload and productivity by ensuring regular contact with clients to monitor and assess compliance
- Create client profiles and install electronic monitoring devices
- Establish inclusion/exclusion zones and enter schedules
- Maintain supplies for electronic monitoring
- Utilize core correctional practices while assisting clients in effective community re-integration
- Deliver on-going services to clients which may include: crisis intervention, advocacy, medication monitoring, transportation assistance, budgeting, housing assistance, and referral and linkage to community resources as needed
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and agency policies
- Document all clinical activities to meet specific program, funder and credentialing entity criteria timely and with accuracy
- Participate in treatment team and assist in making recommendations for client status changes
- Lead educational groups and/or facilitate group curriculum
- Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations
- Other Duties as assigned (i.e. Resident Advisor shifts)
- Specialized experience in mental health

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice or related field or; equivalent work experience as allowed/required by regulatory bodies
- May require CDCA or other specialty certification
- Valid Driver License and auto insurance
