As a Cultivation Technician, you will play a vital role in our mission, working directly under the Head of Cultivation to ensure the health and vitality of our marijuana plants throughout their growth stages. Your responsibilities will include executing essential plant care operations such as pruning, transplanting, watering, and feeding, while also monitoring for any signs of deficiency or infestation. Salary

$16 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.- High school diploma or equivalent required.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Basic understanding of plant care, including watering, feeding, and pest management.- Ability to maintain accurate plant inventory and documentation using METRC™ tags.- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive motions.- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Commitment to maintaining high personal hygiene standards and adhering to safety protocols.

Desired Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in commercial agriculture, landscaping, or cannabis cultivation preferred.- Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices and pesticide application.- Basic knowledge of cannabis strains and plant structure.- Understanding of the uses and benefits of cannabinoids.- Energetic team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or extended hours during peak production phases.
