Position
We are searching for the best talent for Inter Regional Transport Excellence (IRTE) Co-Op to be in New Brunswick, NJ.
Purpose
As member of the Inter-Regional Transport Excellence operations team, this Co Op will be supporting operational execution of inter-region transport lanes. This includes lanes performance management (DC-to-DC), transportation operations improvements and project management with freight forwarders, shipping sites and supply planning.
You will be responsible for
The co-op program provides each student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country. When you join our family, you will work on projects that improve your leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Cross-functional teamwork provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization across all our sectors; Pharmaceutical and Medical Device. Qualifications / Requirements
Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate\'s program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
