Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate in a coiling facility and paint line operation. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. You will be responsible for reading work orders and ensuring the quality of paint finishing operations.
Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely after training if working in material handling.
Feed and load machines with coils if working on the operations side.
Inspect and read work orders and specifications for paint finishing operations.
Collaborate with the quality department to ensure proper firmness, hardness, shine, and color.
Essential Skills
Ability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Proficiency in reading work orders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
