Job details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible self-scheduling
- Weekend rotation: every 4th weekend (with days off before/after)
- Patient load: 5–6 per day (25–28 per week), reduced with admissions
- Patient population: mostly geriatric, orthopedic, wound care, palliative, post-discharge
- On-call: none (dedicated on-call team)
Pay:
- Pay: $33.70–$55.01/hr (based on experience, union scale)
- Sign-on Bonus: $7,500

Requirements:
- RN license (ADN or BSN)
- BLS certification
- At least 6–12 months RN experience (home health preferred, but acute, LTAC, nursing home, or doctor's office backgrounds welcome)
- Must complete documentation in real time
