Job description -
Ensuring safety of each patient on the unit, including monitoring of symptoms and conditions; Supervision of MHTA staff on the units; Attending meetings as assigned.; Noting of prescriber orders; Medication pass and health/medication teaching; Conducting nursing assessments; Updates information such as vital signs, weights, etc.; Maintains and updates patient records; Monitors inventory and order supplies as needed.
