Job Description:
Client Assessment and Diagnosis
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions
Utilize standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and diagnosis
Therapeutic Interventions
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
Monitor and documents client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Case Management
Coordinate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists/counselors in the treatment of a client
Refer clients to appropriate community resources and support services
Advocate for clients within the healthcare system and community
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies
Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
