Account Services Specialist (CLT)

Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Services Specialist to join our Charlotte-based team. This role will work closely with our Business Development Manager to onboard new clients, prepare quotes for custom delivery solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active account.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding Support
- Assist in gathering and verifying client information using onboarding forms and credit agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely setup of new accounts.
- Communicate onboarding status and next steps to clients clearly and professionally.
- Quote Preparation & Pricing Support
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to prepare quotes for new delivery requests.
- Analyze client needs and delivery parameters to recommend appropriate service levels.
- Maintain records of quotes and follow-up communications.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for new clients during their onboarding phase.
- Ensure clients understand Dash's service offerings, delivery procedures, and communication protocols.
- Support client retention by ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Dash's standards and client requirements.
- Maintain organized digital records of client agreements and onboarding forms.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in account services, customer onboarding, or logistics preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic Excel functions.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dispatching or logistics software Xcelerator is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)

- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Account Management 1 year (Preferred)
