About the Role

The Company is seeking a Business Execution and Governance Senior Lead Analyst to join their CBNA and US Entities Management team. This team is pivotal in managing the liquidity, capital, and balance sheet for various U.S. and consolidated entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading governance and regulatory oversight, including the establishment and enhancement of robust governance routines, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. A core part of the role involves actively participating in the development and implementation of Resolution and Recovery Planning (RRP) initiatives and monitoring progress against key governance metrics. The role also includes chief of staff and project management responsibilities, such as maintaining and tracking progress against team and Treasury-wide priorities, and supporting the team in ad-hoc project requests. Applicants should have a Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 4-6 years' of experience in finance, and at least 2 years' of project management experience. A strong understanding of financial regulations, particularly those impacting governance and RRP frameworks, is essential. The role requires an individual with exceptional relationship management, organizational, communication, and influencing skills, as well as a strong focus on execution. The candidate should be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, have strong analytical skills, and be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Data analytic skills, including experience with Tableau, are preferred. The position offers the opportunity to work with a high-caliber team and gain significant exposure to critical RRP efforts within a global financial institution.
