Compulink Technologies Inc., a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and leading IT solutions provider, is looking to hire a Government Contract Team Lead to help drive efficiency, compliance, and growth in the company's Manhattan Garment District office.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team at an enterprising company with 40 years of hands-on experience in corporate and government IT services. Compulink is a growing resource for tech services and solutions with deep partnerships across the IT landscape.

Manufacturer partners for our citywide and national contracts include Apple, Zoom, Atlassian, Dynatrace, Quest Software, Lexmark International, Fortinet, Riverbed, Ciena, and F5. In this important role you will help oversee Sales, Order Processing, Accounting, and Vendor Management while reporting directly to the CEO and VP of Sales.

What You'll Do:

· Lead and mentor cross-functional teams on site and remotely on a day-to-day basis

· Work with the team to streamline workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

· Ensure government contract compliance (GSA, OGS, OMNIA, NYC OTI)

· Help manage vendor relationships and financial performance with our growing team

· Drive ERP/CRM adoption and scalability initiatives

What We're Looking For:

· 4-7+ years of professional leadership (IT/VAR preferred)

· Experience with government contracting & compliance

· Energized team leader, strong communicator, and hands-on problem solver

· Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft, NetSuite, Zoho)

· Bachelor's degree required; MBA/certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma) a huge plus
