We are seeking a proactive, reliable and experienced Facilities & Office Services Associate to support daily operations across office services, print, facilities maintenance, mail distribution, and meeting/event support to work with our client, a prominent, international accounting & consulting firm located in Manhattan.
This individual will ensure seamless transitions during interoffice moves, maintain cleanliness and supply standards, and execute essential printing, mailroom, and maintenance tasks with professionalism and precision.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
Pay Range: $23-$25/hr
Schedule: Mon.- Fri., 9am-6pm
Location: on-site, New York, NY 10017
