• Taxable W2: $720/week ($18/hr)
• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $3,199/week ($79.98/hr)
• Total Blended Rate: $97.98/hr
• Hours per Week: 40 (5x8s)
• Shift: PM/AM (day schedule with every-other-weekend rotation)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Home Health RN to provide at-home nursing services across the Queens Borough. Nurses will visit patients in their homes, managing 4–8 cases per day, assessing conditions, delivering skilled nursing care, and ensuring compliance with care plans and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in home settings, including assessment, planning, and evaluation
• Manage 4–8 home visits per day within Queens
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services
• Educate patients and families on disease management and medication administration
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements

Requirements

✅ Associate Degree (ASN/ADN) in Nursing from an accredited program✅ New York State RN license with primary source verification (NYSED)✅ AHA BLS certification✅ 2+ years of acute care experience (MedSurg, Maternal/Child, Critical Care, or Pediatrics)✅ Current Adult Care/Home Health experience➡️ Must be able to work every other weekend and travel throughout Queens
