• Case/hour rate:
  • Dry pick - $0.3055
  • Cooler pick - $0.1635
  • Freezer pick - $0.2068
• New hires are eligible for benefits after their sixty-first (61) days worked
• Martin Brower pays 100% of benefits for its Union employees

Schedule:

The facility will eventually be a 24/7 operation however when the building opens in mid-October, we will only have 1 shift for our order selectors which will be during the day

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Team Member performs a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming products, picking, and filling orders from stock, stacking, and wrapping products, and/or building pallets. Warehouse Team Members are active throughout their day working independently using a voice-controlled system to select full-case dry, cool, or frozen products in a multi-temperature food service warehouse environment using powered material handling equipment.

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
