Job Title: Project Engineer Quality

Seeking an experienced Quality Project Engineer with strong electronics manufacturing background (soldering, circuit boards) to lead quality initiatives in a regulated aerospace/automotive/Manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement (SPC, AS9145/APQP/PPAP).
- Solve complex electronic manufacturing issues; hands-on, customer-facing role.
- Lead projects to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering (or related) with 8+ years of quality engineering experience.
- Expertise in inspection tools, quality systems, and continuous improvement (Six Sigma Green Belt desired).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
