📋 What You'll Do
Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Operate and maintain manual fabrication tools (lathe, mill, grinder)
Diagnose and repair tooling and machines
Requisition tools and supplies; monitor inventory levels
Train team members on Lockout/Tagout procedures
Maintain accurate records in the maintenance system
Support training efforts and suggest improvements to maintenance planning
Follow IATF standards and safety regulations
🧠 What You Bring
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
Experience with preventative maintenance and machine repair
Familiarity with mills, lathes, and PLC troubleshooting
Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety culture
Ability to identify and stop unsafe or non-compliant processes
Confidence in purchasing components for maintenance and fabrication

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
