About the Role

The Company is seeking a US Cards Relationship Manager - Senior Vice President to join their Wealth Lending team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the relationship with US Personal Banking in partnership with the Wealth Operations team, with a focus on reimagining the Wealth US Cards offering. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker with a client-centric focus, who can build and manage internal relationships to drive common goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the client experience, be a franchise player, and have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include being the US Credit Card escalation point for Bankers and Financial Advisors, managing business risks, and ensuring an ethical culture. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience in financial services, ideally in a credit card-related role within a high net worth or ultra-high net worth organization. The role demands a professional with solid interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze data and develop data-driven insights. A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes is essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and proficient in tools like Excel and PowerPoint. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The role is suited to a proactive individual who can identify problems, analyze their root causes, and develop effective solutions, while also being adept at managing business risks and fostering an ethical culture.
