Other duties include work collaboratively across teams and departments, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, assist with processing returns and exchanges, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, maintain accurate records and documentation, provide excellent service to customers and team members.
