Job Title:Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health / Adult Care – Queens, NY

We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN to join our team in Queens, NY. This is a full-time field-based role providing adult home care visits (4–8 cases per day)

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN license.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• 2+ years acute care experience (MedSurg, Maternal/Child, Critical Care, or Pediatrics).
• Current/recent Home Health RN experience (Adult Care).
• ASN/ADN degree or higher.

Schedule & Pay:

• Start Date: 10/27/2025
• Full-time: 40 hrs/week (9 AM – 5 PM)
• Location: Queens Borough (field visits)
