Job Title: RN – Home Health

Location: 1503 Quentin Rd, Lebanon, PA 17042 (Ephrata County; may cross county lines if patient care requires)

Shift:

• Day 5x8 (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Every 4th weekend rotation

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• Education: ASN or BSN
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Minimum experience required (not specified numerically)
• RTO: Maximum 7 days
• Floating: May cross county lines if necessary for patient care

Scheduling Notes:

• 40 hours/week
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• No time off approved between Christmas and New Year
• Weekend rotation every 4th weekend with comp day

Additional Information:

• Facility is tobacco and fragrance free
• May care for COVID patients
• No call requirements
