Min 1 year experienceLicensure: RN - MUST HAVE STATE LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBCertifications : CPR/BLS—De-escalation preferred; however we offer training classes as well.Special Procedures/Equipment: Standard RN equipmentPatient Ratio: 1:6 or 1:7 depending on patient acuity.Charting System Experience: Meditech is our system
