This position is part-time (15 hours per week) and part of a 24/7 operation. Shifts include day, evening, and night, with schedule flexibility required on weekends, holidays, and weekdays. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming calls and transfer callers to the appropriate individuals within the organization
- Relay messages accurately and efficiently
- Route calls, carry out clerical duties, and transfer information
- Process emergency calls for both medical and non-medical situations
- Understand the basics of the telecommunications system to communicate and report issues that may require maintenance
- Perform other tasks as directed by the department manager
