The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to manage construction administration on our projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead construction administration services for projects
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Conduct onsite observation and resolve construction challenges
• Share best practices and lessons learned with the team
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and owners to deliver successful projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in commercial or educational construction administration
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, risks, and liabilities
• Proficiency with construction monitoring and scheduling software
• Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
