Title: Assistant Project Manager/Procore Administrator
Location: 90 East 210th St, Bronx, NY 10467
Pay Rate: $50/hr - $70/hr
Schedule: M-F, 9:00am-5:00pm (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 months contract to hire
Day-to-Day:
On a daily basis, this role involves tracking and reconciling budgets for capital and renovation projects, processing requisitions and invoices, and preparing financial forecasts and cash flow analyses. The individual will manage contracts, change orders, and procurement documentation, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and support project meetings and milestone tracking. Additionally, they will assist in transitioning to new project management software, generate financial reports across multiple systems, and ensure compliance with procurement and funding guidelines and working in the Procore system to create workflows.
