Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer located in Hoboken, NJ. The Operations Lead will be responsible for designing and controlling processes, analyzing performance, and ensuring efficiency in process operations. Daily tasks include developing process designs, monitoring and optimizing process controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall process performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Process Design and Process Control
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
