Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversight of business operations and staff, ensuring a productive environment.
- Identify areas of improvement in business operations and ensure they are addressed through quality control programs.
- Ensure objectives and goals are met by way of general operational leadership.
- Oversee support team for company.
- Management of operational tiers.
- Utilize tracking software to monitor performance, prepare forecasts, and provide updates.
- Actively participate in staff hiring, training, and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, along with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven operational management experience.
- Knowledgeable of operational structure.
- The ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
