Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDIRECT HIRE: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Utilities Project Manager to join a dynamic team in the Hyattsville, MD. area. The successful candidate must be able to understand materials, read drawings, start-up/close out projects and how to conduct a change order. This role also typically involves planning, directing, and coordinating utility projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards, including overseeing design, construction, and permitting. Salary: $110K - $150K Benefits: Medical, dental, 401K, PTO Schedule: Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management
• Understand materials, read drawings, start-up/close out projects and how to conduct a change order
• Design and Construction Oversight
• Permitting and Regulatory Compliance
• Budget Management
• Communication and Reporting

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' proven experience in project management, preferably in the utilities industry

Skills:

• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
