Shipping/Mailroom Associate
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Shipping/Mailroom Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for handling daily shipping and mailroom operations, ensuring timely service, and supporting cross-functional coverage when needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Promptly informed supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
Reviewed and responded to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and verbal communication in a timely manner.
Maintained a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
Attended cross-functional training sessions to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
Supported site responsibilities, with flexibility to cover different locations as required by client and division needs.
Qualifications
1 year of previous experience in shipping, mailroom, or related operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and professionally.
Customer-service mindset with problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel or provide coverage at different sites as needed.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, on-site position.
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
