Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Service Level Agreement Lead to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office. As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition. On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage. Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide project management/administrative support and coordination to contracts, projects, tasks, or business units, setting up cost control systems, monitoring and controlling costs and schedules, and ensuring compliance with government cost control guidelines.
  • Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters, prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and schedules for contract work, and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis.
  • Prepare program and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) plans, conduct schedule risk assessments, and ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate expenditure records and submitting timely requests for additional funding.
  • Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities, conducting studies/analysis, reports, risk assessments, and planning efforts to determine impacts and constraints.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Advanced education (e.g., bachelor's degree).
  • Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Proven experience in providing project management/administrative support and coordination, including setting up cost control systems, monitoring costs and schedules, and ensuring compliance with government guidelines.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budget preparation, and schedule management for contract work.
  • Expertise in preparing program and WBS plans, conducting schedule risk assessments, and ensuring adequate funding availability.
  • Extensive experience in leading, developing, coordinating, and integrating plans and schedules for complex projects and programs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of project management industry best practices and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception through completion, coordinating commitments with internal and external stakeholders.

Contingent Upon Program Reward: The position is contingent upon program award.

Summary Pay Range: $122,000 - $149,000
