Location: Vestal, NY 13850Schedule: Weekends Only | Day Shift | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Pay: $42.00 Hourly Pay; $63.00 Overtime Pay; $588.00 Per shift Gross Pay

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and patient care during weekend day shifts. The RN Supervisor will provide leadership, ensure compliance with care standards, and support a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Oversee delivery of safe and effective patient care
• Conduct patient assessments and assist with clinical care as needed
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• Minimum2 years nursing experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work weekend-only schedule (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)
