Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Operate front-end loaders to transport and load raw materials safely and efficiently+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks+ Communicate with team members to coordinate material movement and ensure production flow+ Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards+ Assist with other quarry operations as needed to support production goals**What Are We Looking For**+ Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment+ Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices+ Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting+ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance+ Reliable attendance and adaptability to changing work priorities**Conditions of Employment**+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment**+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level+ Night shift**What We Offer**+ $26.15 per hour+ Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension+ Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**Req ID** JR10010102
