Associate Construction Project Manager
: Job Details :

Requirements:

• 3-10 overall years of experience within construction management
• 3-5 years of relevant Procore experience in Construction Management
• Ability to configure tools directly within Procore platform
• Experience with data management & data entry
• Experience working with financial budgets
• Experience with purchase orders
• Bachelors degree

Preferred:

• Procore Certifications
• Experience implementing Procore (not just using the application)
• Masters degree

Day-to-Day:

• On a daily basis, this role involves tracking and reconciling budgets for capital and renovation projects, processing requisitions and invoices, and preparing financial forecasts and cash flow analyses. They will assist in transitioning to new project management software, generate financial reports across multiple systems, and ensure compliance with procurement and funding guidelines and working in the Procore system to create workflows. They will be spending time using Procore and doing configurations within the system.
