This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have a robust finance background, demonstrated agility in learning new businesses quickly, and a proven track record in standing up processes, implementation, and driving the value creation lifecycle.Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for portfolio companies.
- Business Agility: Quickly understand and adapt to new business models and industries, providing strategic financial insights.
- Process Implementation: Develop and implement financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Value Creation: Lead initiatives that drive value creation across the portfolio, including performance improvement and strategic growth projects.

Qualifications:
