Our client is a well-regarded, global Corporate & Investment Bank seeking to add a Client Associate to support the development of their corporate customers in North America.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Support sales of various credit products, Cash Management Products, markets products, Deposits
- Collaborate with Cash Management Advisors to cross-sell Cash Management products and services
- Responsible for obtaining approvals for local credit processes
- Preparing reports and assisting with various administrative tasks
- Standardizing processes, CRM and OneNote use as well as ensuring high standards and quality production of the team
- Supporting broker dealer operations
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of relevant banking experience
- Excellent customer service, adept at building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree
