Job Description

This job is responsible for overseeing the development and performance of junior bankers within Global Corporate Investment Banking. Key responsibilities include providing guidance and training to junior bankers by monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with team and organizational goals. Job expectations include collaborating with senior bankers to assess team's capacity and performance by managing the daily activities of junior bankers.

Responsibilities

  • Develops junior bankers through senior mentorship and career development opportunities to grow and develop professionally.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews, provides constructive feedback and identifies areas of development.
  • Cultivates a collaborative and inclusive team culture by effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Leads in the development of process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and timeliness project work, balancing workloads, and addressing challenges.
  • Ensures adherence to compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements throughout all operational activities by monitoring policies, procedures and controls.
  • Partners with leadership and other departments to ensure appropriate alignment of resources to meet business demands.
  • Provides guidance in the development of training programs and internal initiatives to elevate performance.

Pay range $350,000.00 - $350,000.00 annualized salary, discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
