Executive Secretary - Human Resources The confidential Executive Secretary assigned to Human Resources plays a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support for district-wide human resources operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining multiple human resources information systems to ensure that staff information is complete and accurate.
- Assisting in the development of the personnel section of the Board Agenda and related correspondence.
- Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Supervising the maintenance of personnel files together with the monitoring of required documents (i.e., employment forms, criminal history clearance, health examinations, etc.).
- Facilitating student teacher placements by coordinating with colleges, universities, and district administration.
- Completing the annual rollover of absence and personnel information systems.
- Performing other duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent, Director of Human Resources, or their designee.
Requirements: - A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Previous secretarial or administrative experience is required, with experience in an educational or human resources setting highly preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess exemplary computer, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently while maintaining confidential personnel information.
- Knowledge of Systems 3000 and Frontline Education's Suite (Absence Management, Frontline Central, Professional Growth, and Recruiting & Hiring) highly preferred.
- Additional knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Realtime Student Information System preferred.
Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Anticipated Start Date: Immediate opening
Terms of Employment: Non-aligned, Non-guide employee status with a twelve-month work year. Salary established annually by the Board of Education.
