What you bring as a Team Member:School Operations Assistant The position of School Operations will be both a task and people-oriented position. Answering phones, maintaining the office area, greeting and supporting clients, and carrying out assigned administrative tasks are essential functions of this position. Strong administrative skills, written and oral communication, experience with various technologies and office equipment, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required. The person is responsible for overseeing the front office on a daily basis and ensuring the school is running smoothly, safely, and that policies and procedures are followed with the support of the school Directors. Work Schedule:
  • The Office Assistant will be working a closing shift.
Supervisory Duties: None Job Status: Full-time, Non - Exempt. Full-time non-exempt employees are paid an hourly wage and are eligible for over-time compensation for hours worked over 40hrs in a regular M-F work week. Job Location: Assigned site. Education and/or Experience Requirements: High school diploma or (GED) required; or 2 years of similar administrative experience. Experience in a childcare setting preferred but not required. Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general school/office equipment and technology is required.
