Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Location: Scarborough, ME (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Pay: $18/hr - $20/hr
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Schedule: 7:00 AM start time; overtime offered depending on weekly workload
Position Summary
Insight Global is seeking a dependable and highly organized Warehouse Specialist to support the inventory and logistics operations of a major electronic security client in Scarborough, ME. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being a key part of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and organize shipments twice weekly
- Break down pallets, move boxes, and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse
- Issue equipment to field technicians daily
- Manually enter barcodes and track shipment delivery dates
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and tracking systems
- Communicate effectively with field technicians and internal teams
- Ensure punctual, consistent onsite attendance
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and inventory tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated
- Must pass a corporate background check and drug screening
