This role leads regulatory approvals, onboarding systems, and financial operations to enable scale. What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead a critical domain of our nationwide expansion strategy regulatory compliance, systems implementation, or financial orchestration
• Wield complete decision-making authority while driving cross-functional initiatives
• Pioneer and perfect operational playbooks in real-time conditions
• Partner directly with our leadership team to build launch-ready infrastructure

Vice President Facilities Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of a core operational pillar in 2HLs nationwide school launch initiative. Execute with precision, speed, and scalability. Youll have autonomy in driving results within your optimal domain.

Basic Requirements

Were expanding our operational leadership across multiple verticals, seeking individuals who combine rapid execution with strategic insight.

• Minimum 3-year tenure at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, showcasing exceptional strategic capabilities
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional operations in fast-paced environments
• Specialized expertise in either regulatory compliance, onboarding systems development, or large-scale financial operations
• Self-driven executor with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to commit to approximately one week of monthly travel
• Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to optimize operations

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. The payment period is weekly. For more details, see .
