Qualifications you will bring:
- Minimum of two years in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the health care field such as in a hospital, medical office, or health insurance company
- Bilingual; proficiency in more than one language (e.g., English, Creole, Haitian, Spanish)
- An Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Availability for full-time, virtual work with occasional travel, including nights and weekends
- Curiosity to inspire innovation and drive growth
- Team-oriented approach with humility
- Dedicated to making a positive difference for customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead membership growth initiatives by identifying eligible individuals and successfully enrolling them in plans including Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), HARP, Off-Exchange, Medicare Advantage (MA) products, and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP).
- Conduct outreach activities both individually and in groups to showcase our health care solutions at various events, enhancing MVP's visibility and presence in communities through collaboration with our Field Marketing and Community Engagement Representatives.
- Build strong relationships with community organizations, medical partners, and local contacts to create a robust network.
- Generate and track leads while converting qualified referrals into MVP customers.
- Organize and lead two monthly events that highlight our health solutions, furthering our community relationships and brand impact.
- Navigates the local area with required travel, embodying MVP's customer-centric approach throughout our service areas.
- Participate in necessary screenings and provide proof of immunization to support our commitment to community health.
- Demonstrate the ability to transport up to 30 lbs. of promotional materials to inform and empower customers about their health care options.
- Assist with various tasks that promote excellent health care delivery and contribute to our shared goals.
