Job Description- Prepare detailed estimates for healthcare projects, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid proposals
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop accurate budgets
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing
- Work closely with the preconstruction and project management teams to align cost, scope, and schedule
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare-specific codes, materials, and construction practices
- Support value engineering efforts to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-7 years of estimating experience, ideally with healthcare projects
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
