SHIFT: 4 to 5 day flexible schedule from Sunday to Friday (Fridays are mandatory)

5:00pm - until finish

PAY: $25.48 per hour (plus incentive pay) with a base rate increase to $28.67 after 3 months!

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and build pallets to meet weekly productivity standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Efficiently move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Validate selected products for accuracy and ensure they are free from damage.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and wrap palletized orders.
• Assist in maintaining a clean work environment by clearing debris and managing pallet jacks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -5 to over 100 degrees.
• Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly, moving over 1,000 cases each shift.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English for training and safety purposes.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Relevant recent experience in a high-endurance or physically demanding role such as fitness, farming, or construction.
• Experience in selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is preferred.

Compensation will consider relevant experience, education, specific skills, geographic location, and other applicable factors. The expected base rate for this position ranges between $25.48 and $28.67.

This role is eligible for overtime compensation.
