The Role

Were looking for a content-obsessed, trend-savvy, swipe-stopping Content Creator to energize our high-performing Social Media team. Youll create platform-native content that blends brand goals, real healthcare impact, and whats actually working on social.

This role aims to make health feel less clinical and more human, using design, storytelling, and cultural fluency to create scroll-worthy work that performs. Examples include TikTok edits that explain the science and are shareable, Instagram carousels that inform without being dull, and LinkedIn posts that resonate with both consumers and professionals.

This is a hybrid role based in any US office (New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco) or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What Youll Do

• Create and design standout social content (static, video, motion) tailored to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and beyond
• Convert complex information into clean, creative stories that resonate with both consumers and professionals
• Collaborate with strategy, editorial, and design to develop concepts that break through
• Remix master brand assets into platform-friendly posts, staying on-brand, on-voice, and within regulatory guardrails
• Respond to trends and culture moments with reactive content operations
• Collaborate with the agency influencer team, Starpower
• Use Canva proficiently (bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite or Figma)
• Contribute to new business and pitch work with agile social-by-design creative
• Stay informed on emerging formats, design inspiration, platform changes, and digital health trends

Who you are

• 24 years of content creation experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Strong understanding of what works on social and why
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
• Ability to translate complex topics into informative and engaging content
• Organized, fast-moving, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Passionate about creativity with purpose and improving health outcomes through digital content

Pay Range: $76,000-$95,000

This pay range reflects the amount Real Chemistry expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation is determined by job-related factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range.
